1. Agreement
By creating an account or using Verd (the Service), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Verd helps field-service operators manage clients, jobs, quotes, invoices and related records. We may add, change or remove features over time.
3. Your account
You are responsible for your credentials and all activity under your account. Keep your information accurate and current. You must be at least 18.
4. Your data and your customers’ data
You own the information you put into Verd. You are responsible for having the right to store it and handle it lawfully. You grant us a limited license to process it only to provide the Service.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use Verd to break the law, infringe others’ rights, send spam, disrupt the Service or gain unauthorized access to another account.
6. Free trial and billing
Verd starts with a free trial. Continued use after the trial requires a paid subscription. Pricing and payment terms are shown before any charge. You can cancel at any time; access continues through the paid period.
7. Cancellation and termination
You may stop using Verd and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided as is without warranties. Weather, AI pricing guidance and other estimates are for convenience and may be inaccurate—verify them before relying on them.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Verd is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or lost profits or data. Total liability is limited to what you paid us in the prior 12 months.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be noted by updating the date above. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
