Privacy Policy

We collect the account and business details you enter; the clients, jobs, quotes, invoices, photos and notes you create; customer contact details you enter; technical error logs; and daily counts of a small, fixed set of feature actions used to improve reliability.

We use your information only to provide and improve the Service—storing your records, showing reports, generating quotes and keeping your account secure. We do not sell your data or your customers’ data.

Verd does not use session replay, advertising trackers, cross-site tracking, device fingerprinting or keystroke recording. Product analytics are daily account-level counts and never contain customer names, contact details, addresses, notes, quote descriptions, photos, URLs or other customer content.

Verd relies on Supabase for database, authentication and file storage; Vercel for hosting; Anthropic for AI-assisted quote drafts; and Open-Meteo for weather forecasts. Open-Meteo receives location coordinates only, not personal data.

We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete the account, its data—including customer records—is permanently removed.

You can export your data and permanently delete your account at any time from Settings. Email us for any other privacy request.

Access to your data is restricted to your account through row-level security. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
